General Rules for All Broadcasters
- Commitment to the administrative hierarchy and not تجاوز the responsibilities of any member of the administrative team.
- Communication with the owner, Nasser Al Ajmi, is only allowed after referring to the Queen and if the issue has not been resolved.
- Any disagreements must be handled privately and not inside the room or group.
- No interference with the decisions of the administrative team.
- The rules apply to all without exception and are subject to updates.
- Excessive excuses may result in suspension of the broadcaster’s segments.
- The broadcaster is fully responsible for their segment, therefore any mistake occurring during the segment is their responsibility. Based on their reaction, action may be taken, whether resolving the situation or suspension.
- Interfering with supervisors’ tasks may result in suspension.
- Using inappropriate language during segments in the administrative room is strictly prohibited.
- All broadcasters must comply with any corrections made by room supervisors during the segments.
- In case of rejecting or violating the rules, removal from the administrative room may occur.
Rules for Accepting New Broadcasters
- Reading the rules and agreeing to them before the test.
- The evaluation is conducted by the Content Management Department.
- Participation as a guest for at least one week.
- Scheduling with the Coordination Management Department.
- A weekly evaluation for one month before final approval.
- Commitment to all previous terms.
Content Preparation Rules
- Defining a fixed content type and a main name for the segment.
- Content cannot be changed without approval from the Content Management Department.
- Preparing the segment at least two days in advance.
- Repeating the same content more than twice daily is not allowed.
- Commitment to respect and avoiding controversy.
- For hosting events, content must be sent 3 days in advance.
Microphone Handover Rules
Receiving the Microphone
- Thanking the previous broadcaster in front of الجميع.
- Being present 15 minutes before the segment.
- Having an assistant broadcaster during the segment.
- Organizing microphones and ensuring interaction.
Handing Over the Microphone
- Ending the segment 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Introducing the next broadcaster in a respectful manner.
- Not leaving the room immediately after handover.
Schedule Rules
- Schedules are determined every Thursday of each week.
- Following the schedule daily through the website.
- Commitment to the specified timings.
- Apologizing at least 4 hours before the segment.
- It is completely prohibited to contact any administrator while they are hosting a segment or event.
- All timings are based on Saudi Arabia time.
Hosting Rules
- Sending hosting details 3 days before the scheduled date.
- Hosting duration ranges from one hour to a maximum of two hours.
- Repeating the same guest is not allowed.
- The broadcaster is responsible for the guest and microphone management.
Design Rules
- Designs are only allowed for hosting events.
- Design requests must be submitted two days in advance.
- Each broadcaster is responsible for the design of their segment.
Rules for Dealing with Guests
- Priority is always given to guests.
- Welcoming is only during breaks.
- Interrupting the guest is strictly prohibited.
Penalties and Rewards Regulations
Rewards
- Honoring by the owner Nasser Al Ajmi.
- A special song in the broadcaster’s name.
- A distinguished banner.
Penalties
- Warning.
- One-week suspension.
- One-month suspension.
- Permanent removal from the administrative room.
